Shipping Policy

when ordering from store.jetwaterpipes.com:

 

If pipe is being delivered to address and/or name that is different from the card-holder address and/or name, we will require a copy of the cardholders identification.  This is required to prove that the recipient is authorized to use the credit card.  This situation can add an extra day to processing.

 

Orders within the continental US are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, Mondays through Thursdays.

Orders within US are shipped via FedEx.

 

International water pipe orders require additional time for customs preparation, and are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days.  Please contact us if you experience troubles with your international shipping quote.

International orders are shipped via USPS priority.

 

In the rare event where the shipping preparation time is expected to be longer than mentioned above, we will notify you via the email you used to sign up with.

 

Signature for delivery is required by default for any order containing a waterpipe.  However if you require that package be delivered without signature, please let us know in the comments field during checkout. Just be aware that if you choose this method, we cannot be held responsible if package is stolen off of your doorstep.
